Who wants to be a Millionaire?
I recently read a book that I wish I had read back when I was younger. Not that I do not think it could help me now, because I think it can even though I am already in my 40’s. But if I had read this book in my 20’s I could have had a big head start on becoming a millionaire.
The book is the Automatic Millionaire by David Bach. In the book it talks about our “Latte Factor” an explains the concept of compound interest simple terms and encourages readers to eliminate debt, to live frugally, and to pay themselves first. The book is light reading and can be read in a weekend.
If you have your personal finances in order and are comfortable with the nest egg you have accumulated then you probably do not need to read this book. If you are like most people I know and living from pay check to paycheck with very little money put away, or are managing to put some away but do not think it will be enough so you can retire, then this book may be just what you need to get on the road to financial success.
